Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a method of establishing underlying issues both emotionally and physically. This form of natural therapy is suitable for children from birth and aims to for improvements in sleeping patterns, eating habits, mood / behavioural issues, allergic reactions and self-esteem problems.

Children often find it difficult to communicate how they are feeling, what their fears are and may not manage to explain or understand themselves why they are misbehaving. This communication barrier can be extremely frustrating for not only the child, but everyone around them. Parents can feel terribly embarrassed, alone, lost or overwhelmed by their child’s behaviour/medical conditions and sometimes can feel as though everything is out of their control and there is nowhere else to turn. Luckily, this is not the case.

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to access the central nervous system providing feedback directly from the child’s body rather than trying to extract the required information verbally. This helps children relax as there is no pressure of a right or wrong answer during the treatment.
