JULIE STOWER

Founder & Holistic Practitioner

Julie founded Health Concepts in 2001, establishing one of the first multi-therapy clinics in the area. Her vision was to create a welcoming, client-centred space where a range of natural therapies could support the whole person.With almost 30 years’ experience in the natural therapies industry, Julie has a deep curiosity about how the body, mind and emotions work together. “I feel privileged to connect with people at a deeper level and support them in resolving the issues holding them back.”Julie offers a broad range of treatments including Holographic Kinetics, Kinesiology, deep tissue, relaxation and hot stone massage, Jaw R.E.S.E.T, foot joint mobilisation, and pre- and post-pregnancy balance sessions.Her greatest passion lies in Holographic Kinetics. “Through this modality, I’ve witnessed rapid, positive change — and the transformation of lives.”Julie is available for appointments at Health Concepts on Wednesday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.

DANIELLE SMITH

Remedial Massage Therapist

Danielle is one of our highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapists, qualified with a Certificate IV and Diploma of Remedial Massage since 2011. Her treatment approach includes remedial, deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage, as well as lymphatic drainage, pregnancy and hot stone massage. Danielle has also completed additional training in cupping, ear candling, Jaw R.E.S.E.T, foot joint mobilisation and kinesiology taping.Danielle is particularly passionate about deep tissue massage and its ability to access the deeper layers of muscle to relieve pain and tension in joints, ligaments and muscles.Her focus is to support clients with effective pain relief in a safe, calm and welcoming environment. Danielle strongly believes in the value of regular maintenance massage to help reduce the impact of everyday stress, prevent injury and support long-term health and wellbeing.Danielle is available for appointments at Health Concepts on Monday to Friday.

ANTHONY BURTON

Massage & Rehabilitation Therapist

Anthony is one of our highly experienced and qualified Massage Therapists, with over 20 years of hands-on practice. His extensive knowledge across a wide range of massage techniques has been shaped by years of study and work on cruise ships, as well as in clinics and spas throughout England, America and Australia. Anthony holds an Australian Certificate IV and Diploma of Remedial Massage, completed through ACNT and the NSW School of Massage in Sydney.His experience includes remedial, sports, Swedish, reflexology, hot stone, pregnancy and rehabilitation massage, along with exfoliation treatments and body wraps. One of Anthony’s particular interests is rehabilitation massage, which supports pain reduction and recovery following injury, amputation or stroke.Anthony’s approach is centred on creating tailored treatment plans that address each client’s individual needs and concerns.Anthony is available for appointments at Health Concepts on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
