A MESSAGE TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS REGARDING COVID-19

We would like to take the time to assure you we will continue to maintain our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, with some additional precautionary actions. The health and safety of our clients and our team members is of high importance to us and we are taking the concern around Coronavirus (COVID-19) seriously.

Hand sanitiser is available on our reception counter for use before and after your treatment. We will continue to clean each room before and after each treatment. We will also be paying closer attention to disinfecting the high touch areas such as reception, door handles, eftpos machines etc.

Whilst we do not wish to create alarm, the wellbeing of our team members and clients is our top priority. We hope to offer extra confidence that our standards meet Government guidelines and legislation and our client’s health and safety is of prime importance to us.

With that in mind, if you have recently been unwell, if you are at risk or if you have a confirmed case of COVID-19, or any other illness whatsoever, please advise a member of our team immediately. We also ask that if you are experiencing any of the before mentioned that you please call to reschedule your appointment. This action by you supports our efforts in providing a safe environment for our staff and other clients.
